  • Can I give a Subscription as a gift?
    You can absolutely give the gift of flowers to anyone in your life, for any reason! Our flower subscription truly is the gift that keeps on giving! Please take note that if the recipient is to be the one receiving updates and reminders from the farm, ensure we have their correct email address for more convenient transactions.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the subscription start date and are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Once subscriptions have begun, refunds will no longer be available. However, you may transfer your subscription to another individual at any time.
  • What happens if there are unpredictable changes affecting the crops?
    Farming is influenced by many factors, including extreme weather, pest pressure, and other unforseen conditions, which can affect the quantity, quality, and availability of our crops. While we strive to always provide a top-quality product on scheduled delivery dates, sometimes adjustments may be necessary due to factors outside of our control. Rest assured, we will always provide the best blooms available at the time and do everything possible to deliver long-lasting, high-quality flowers. Any changes or updates will be communicated via email from contactus@rustyshovelgrowing.com.
  • How should I care for my flowers to last longer?
    Different flowers have a wide range of vase life, ranging from a few days to 10 days or more with proper care. The care the flowers receive after delivery can significantly impact their longevity, and you assume responsibility for following these care guidelines.
  • How will I receive communications from Rusty Shovel?
    To keep you updated with final details, reminders, and any changes, we will communicate via email. Please ensure that you add contactus@rustyshovelgrowing.com to your contact list and verify that we have your correct email address.
  • Why get a Subscription?
    A subscription is the best way to reserve your share of farm-fresh flowers that will be carefully prepared just for you! You be reserving will the best blooms available on the farm each week and have amazingly fresh, long-lasting flowers that you know have been locally and sustainably grown to enjoy throughout your subscritption.
  • How often will I receive flowers?
    Our spring subscriptions are weekly (each Wednesday) from early April to mid-June. A total of 10 weeks.
